The hotel is located right in the heart of vail. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming. Michelle working front desk was so friendly and helpful, the parking on premise was very helpful, the hotel is full of memories of Vail’s beginnings and the music during HH is really good Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The hair dryer shorted out! Felt a bit long in the tooth but charming!

Excellent choice in Vail Village. Nice room. And nice hotel amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better (they got there first in 1964). All in all a great experience.

Pepe’s is in one of the best locations in the town vail. It’s minutes from all the stores, bus service and one of the chair lifts to access the mountains. The hotel rooms are nice, the staff is professional. The hotel has nice continental breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu menu has authentic German Austrian meals. The bar is nice as w

Room was clean. Beautiful creekside and Mountain View’s. Literally in the middle of the village and such a close walk to any and everything you need. Breakfast was small but perfect in the morning! I loved the atmosphere and decor of this place. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location - just a couple minutes walk to Gondola One and all the surrounding restaurants, bars, shops of the Village.

Great location and cute rooms- we faced the river and its was nice and quiet. Would have been nice to have a minifridge in the room or at least an ice machine in the hotel. We were told we had to go to the attached bar to get ice which wasn't very convenient nor open all hours. The check in staff was nice- the restaurant and bar staff weren't nice at all. And the food at the restaurant very mediocre and overpriced. The included breakfast was pretty basic- mediocre at best. Hot tub is indoors only.

Wonderful property right in the heart of the village. Front desk was very nice and helpful at check-in. It is an older property, no AC but there was a large fan in the room which was nice. Slept with the windows open which was relaxing to hear the trickle from the creek all night, it was a warm summer night but pleasant. Room and bathroom were large! Steam room, hot tubs, sauna, gym, all seemed very nice. We didn't use but it would be nice to use the hot tubs in the winter after skiing all day. Would definitely recommend!
