Just what I needed while in town for the weekend. Clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The room was recently renovated and was told the new owners are still making improvements.

The rooms were filthy. Hair and dirt were in the tubs and corners of the bathroom. The toilet ring was etched badly. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no refills. Dust was on every surface. The resident next to us was smoking marijuana until 3am and the smoke alarm batteries started to die in the night so it was beeping loudly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person.

Kudos to the employees on keeping the place beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. They ran out of coffee but the one of the gals took it upon herself to make us a pot. Now that's customer service. Most of the hotels we stayed at was not personable and attend to our needs. Keep up the good work

The hotel was very outdated. The pool was closed for maintenance and was drained. The lock on the room was broken and when we asked to change rooms they said they were sold out, but that night there was less than 20 cars in the parking lot. Our door (126) looked like someone to an axe to it to try to get in. We asked for extra pillows because we were given three and had three people but told they didn't have any. Whenever we went to the desk, no one was there and had to call a cell phone to talk to anyone. The stairwell smelled like weed really bad. The entire hotel was not kept up, holes in the walls, paint chips, just really ran down.

Is Ok , Staff needs more training, when I check in it was nobody in front I ask where was my room and the Assistant had a trouble giving me directions, Pillows only 2 per bed so uncomfortable the hotel needs new pillows a little more firm ,bed not too bad but the hallways smells like weed and room smells like pee.
