Natchez Manor is a great find !!! It is centrally located in the very heart of Historic Natchez, MS; convenient to any and all activities one goes to Natchez to discover !! The entire staff is most accommodating. Breakfast is devine .......5 star in my opinion. Great value for the price.

Check-in instructions are sent via text and email and are very clear. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was always great!! The location is fantastic and the main reason I booked here, I would definitely stay here again!!

My sister and I spent two nights here while in town for the Balloon festival. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Franklin suite which is located in the front of the hotel overlooking Franklin street. While the room was excellent, the noise from the traffic outside all night was terrible! I’m not sure if it was a usual occurrence on a weekend night or because there was an event going on in town but we heard music blaring and people hollering and loud motors until 4 am. It’s a stop light in front of the hotel and a constant line of traffic with people sitting in their vehicles with the music so loud it rattled our windows. If I was to stay here again I would try to get a room towards the back of the hotel, though I’m not sure it would help. The breakfast was good, Mary was our server, she was excellent! But due to the street noise, I don’t think I’d stay here again on a weekend night.

Small hotel within walking distance of all the sights in Natchez. Quiet location with on street parking. Good sized and clean room. Easy check-in with Ms Rose and breakfast made fresh each morning by Ms Mary.

Room was clean. Sofa was old and saggy. No front Desk person during our arrival. Had to call the number provided on their website. Staff sounded irritated by my call, maybe not expecting to work at 3:00PM on a Saturday. Breakfast was good, standard meal breakfast meal. The personnel at the kitchen sounded happy to serve and work!! I thank Ms Mary for accomodating our schedule!!

Ms Mary and Ms Rose are the jewels of the place. Ms Mary’s breakfast ignites memories and is so delicious. She’s considerate and so hospitable. Ms Rose full of history and genuine. The Manor is old but quaint and very charming. Security is of utmost importance. I would definitely recommend staying and would stay again.
