Place sucked. Bed was hard pillows were not comfy. Some random person kept knocking on doors at 4am. U can hear cars driving by on a main road

Family wedding stay 👰
Unfortunately housekeeping person was down a person so we couldn’t get our rooms cleaned one day .
But check in & hotel mgr was excellent esp helpful and aware how to respond to our special needs son.
The break fast set up was fabulous!!
That waffle batter is to die for😍
And the older lady with long blond hair was very helpful and attentive to us diners 😍

Only had two towels and wash cloths. Room was not cleaned after first night and always hard to find someone at the desk.

In the Seattle area, a place known for coffee, there was mold in the water receptacle of the coffee maker in my room. Mold. You have to periodically clean those you know. Thoroughly, not just the outside of it. Disgusting. Sounds snarky, but your execs wouldn't drink it, why should your customers.

Parking lot not secured.
Do not stay here!!! Please read other reviews. The hotel had 24 cars broken into in 3 days. It’s a small parking lot shared with another hotel, but there is absolutely no security. The police department says this happens weekly at this particular location. They installed a watch tower in the center of the parking lot with cameras and flashing blue/red lights, guess what, they’re fake cameras and do not record. And they charge you to park. Will not be staying anytime soon.

The rating is incorrect. It should be less than or equal to 7.
The room smelled like cigaret , there was trash under the sofa and the bathroom fan did not work. The rooms do not get serviced and some towels had stains (lip stick). The pool area is not managed. There was a pizza party at the pool with rowdy people

The Hotel itself was great but the first night I stayed my car window was smashed and everything stolen. It is clearly a common problem there because the hotel has signs all over their parking lot that say they are not responsible. No cameras facing lot only the entrance. So it is a free for all. I highly recommend the hotel place cameras all over the parking lot. Most expensive stay ever! I am disappointed. I felt the hotel could have offered something as compensation.

The check-in went smoothly and the gentleman who checked us in was amiable. We felt very welcomed. It's a great hotel to stay for the night or several nights. We would stay here again no question.

Poor check in / great check out
We booked a king suite. William was hesitant to get off his phone and chair to ask for license and charge card. All the while watching his phone on the counter. No Hello, or water for the coffee maker, or time of breakfast, or inquiry about our vehicle. We went into the room surprised to see 2 queen beds. We walked out of the room and down to desk. We told him there was a problem. He asked us when we checked into hotel. He didn’t remember us from 5-10 minutes earlier. Told us the room assignment was not Hampton Inns fault and we had actually been upgraded. We told him we wanted a king bed. He said we had prepaid and we told him to look again because we hadn’t. He told us he’d put us in a regular king room for a lower price.
This is the first time we have had a problem at any hotel. The next morning we aired our grievances with Sherry and she explained what happened with the room. She didn’t see where he had put us in another room. She was very gracious and we appreciate the time she spent with us. Breakfast and checking out were the best experience there. Oh and the bed, it was nicer than the bed in Bellevue.
