The hotel is in a very quiet area, so plan to uber a lot to town for the high end restaurants and shopping. The hotels club Amu has very good food and bartenders. Everyone on staff is extremely friendly and the three pools at the hotel are nice and very quiet. The only draw back for our group was the on property gym, one bench for a hotel this size? Another thing that future guests should know is the infinity pool at the beach is a two block walk off property and they charge 50 euros per chair, per day. We paid over 15k for three rooms and just thought this charge was unfair and not mentioned at booking and added up with six of us very quickly.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Marbella Beach Club & Resort and overall had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautifully clean and well maintained, with a real sense of luxury throughout. The pools are stunning and provide a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff truly made the stay exceptional — everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The gym is excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection and high-quality food that set us up nicely for each day. There are just a couple of minor points worth mentioning. The bar prices are extremely high, even by Marbella standards — charging around €20 for a gin and tonic felt excessive and a bit unnecessary. Additionally, while there is supposed to be an adults-only pool policy, this wasn’t consistently enforced. Children were allowed to play in the adult pool area, and despite lifeguards being present, the rules didn’t seem to be upheld. That said, these are relatively small issues in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, great breakfast, and beautiful pool areas.

Just beautiful! Stayed solo, midweek, off-season but couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. The bellboy / concierge service absolutely made this stay 5*, but all of the staff between reception, dining & security were very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, felt brand new and most importantly was quiet during night hours. Pool area felt incredibly luxurious, although as it was March, only one pool was open, and it was also not heated. Easy walking distance to the beach and spa, but golf carts will take you there if you'd like. Spa itself had nice facilities including a heated lap pool, as well as several jacuzzi style seats & cold plunge pool. I feel the massage treatment I received was a little overpriced for the experience, but it was welcoming and relaxing. Be aware that this hotel is not in walking distance to many amenities, and a taxi / uber to Marbella Old Town area will cost between €10 - €16 each way. The area around the hotel seems to have a lot of private housing development going on, but be prepared to be slightly isolated if you are not planning to venture out. Overall I am very happy to have stayed here, and would absolutely recommend a visit. I will be looking to return soon!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Jänner, dennoch waren alle Annehmlichkeiten verfügbar, gutes Ambiente, auch die Außen-Pools wurden gepflegt (auf Grund niedriger Temperaturen nicht nutzbar). Frühstück allumfassend und frisch, auch das Restaurant war abends geöffnet, obwohl das Hotel nicht voll gebucht war.

The service at the hotel is excellent. Short new years break with a new years party. We enjoyed the whole experience. The hotel is so close to the beach which is great for long walks even in the rain. We will return again for sure as this is our favored spot now.

The spa was closed which was the main reason we booked here, they didn’t tell us until we got there. Didn’t offer any complimentary compensation. Toilet in our room leaked and the didn’t do anything about it. Very poor.

Nyrenovert hotell med unntak av badene. Flott hotell, men mangler noe for å være helt topp. Tar for lang tid og få det man bestiller til frokost, måtte purre flere ganger på flere av frokostene. Mange ansatte, men kanskje dårlig organisert. Mistenker at AC var skrudd av om natten for det var dårlig luft midt på natten, men bra luft på dagtid. Minibaren ble ikke fylt opp på tre dager, mens jeg var der. Hyggelig å få et glass Cava når man sjekker inn. Lekkert rolig hotell og bassengområde.
