Lovely property in Inverness. Staff really friendly. Nice pool & sauna
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Boendet var OK. Vi tyckte att för priset vi betalade hade Hotellet kunnat vara lite finare och mer uppdaterat. Poolen var OK. Frukosten var medioker.

Waiting and bar staff were lovely. Food was good. Rooms need updating. Bed and bathroom were clean. Black mould around the wooden window frame that I cleaned myself.

Spent just one night... it was ok but nothing special. I had the single room... spare socket would have been helpful. Loved the large shower.

Welcoming and helpful staff, good menu choice in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet choice was good. Stayed in a double room, the room was a good size for one business traveller, the room has a ironing board and work desk which works well.

The room was clean but the property is outdated and without air conditioning or a fan it was uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was also bot good.

Great location walking distance from train station, the pool and changing rooms could do with a bit of updating, this is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars as the room was brilliant and staff were fantastic.

10/10 完美

We were warmly welcomed by Callum at reception and were directed to our room. This room was very warm and had a radiator we couldn’t turn off. We went back to reception and were offered another room which was just perfect. The pool and steam room were an added bonus for us and we used them on both days we were there. The woman in the bar on Saturday night was very friendly and helpful and made us and other guests there feel very welcome. We will certainly look at booking this hotel when we next visit Inverness

Comfy bed, and overall great stay, staff are so friendly and helpful , some areas of the hotel do need updated however it looks like that is happening and the breakfast was great too
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Room Clean but worn , fist size hole in bathroom door covered by plastic room plan , window blinds damaged and filthy . Hotel photo of Pool area does not correspond to how it is at present time and is misleading , its cleaning could do with an upgrade . Hotel Charges for parking , details should point this cost in hotel details . Grounds and general upkeep of outside areas neglected , giving a poor impression .
