Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhiges Zimmer trotzdem verkehrsmässig gut gelegen.

More like a hostel than a hotel. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a sink. The toilet and shower were in the hallway and shared. I had to bring my own soap and shampoo. There was only wifi by the reception office. When you stay here, be prepared with whether you're comfortable with these arrangements.

The owner was always around to assist. very nice and understanding! Very clean room!

The good: relatively inexpensive, a clean and newly updated room, my own sink, a clean shared bath/toilet in good condition, friendly host. The bad: No air conditioning, no WiFI, traffic noise made it hard for me to sleep, far from central Rome, I couldn't figure out where to check in without asking the gardener (go inside the single level building around back).

No volvería
