Most important, before you book this property please be sure you have wifi independent of the property wifi or you can not get in or receive help or correspondence from the property. We could not get into the property and were outside for approximately 3hrs.
Having said that, now we know, and the property was clean and nice. Property manager was trying to help us but wasn't able to communicate with him, no wifi. Once we were able to speak to him via the nice people at coffee shop next door and connect to the property wifi everything worked great. Breakfast was good and staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this property for sure. Good location and convenient. Very safe property and neighborhood.

Highly professional and helpful staff. Every team member we interacted with (especially Antonio) was efficient, polite, and quick to assist with our requests. Their consistent customer service made our entire stay smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated their excellent work and would gladly return.

Difficult to access via codes which did not work initially. Room good size but hot! Air conditioner set at 19c but was not cold. Stuffy but too hot and too noisy to open window. Shower jet sprayed all over floor adjoining bathroom area making floor very slippery and dangerous. No towels to clean up the water. Electrical points not secure, unable to use. Spa came on spontaneously even though no one was in it! Only one bath towel! No others were available. Another guest was very upset with her room and left due to infestation of bugs. No breakfast before 8am. It is not close to the airport as indicated in description.

The elevator is from 1902 and was stuck when we arrived. No one works a desk and everything is virtual. Grateful the cleaning crew was there to help. He got security, who had to reset it. Nice staff, but no one speaks english, so even when i called the help number he couldnt understand me. Its up on the 4th floor and there are not detailed instructions how to use the App to unlock the doors, or the elevator or where to go, very confusing and the App didnt work half the time. The bathroom has no privacy either. We were not impressed at all. The area is scary, but that could just be all of naples, which we will not be returning to.
