First time in a self service hotel, then no staff was a little bit strange but everything was easy to deal with. Very clean and spacious room (chosen one for 4 people (sofa bed was prepared and still had plently of space in the room). With wi-fi and without tv in the room (little strange without tv 😂 in a hotel). There is coffee filter machine (plus ground coffee & paper filter) and a kettle (plus tea bags) available to help yourself in the lounge area (2nd floor), it also have plates-cutlery-cups, dishwasher & fridge where you can store your own food/drink adding a label or writting your name/room nr on it. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to only "sleep". The area is very central with lots of restaurants & shops close by then we did not miss the "lack" of room service 😉.

Det var to hoteller med samme navn i samme gate så selv om jeg er kjent i byen var det vanskelig å finne rett hotell. Ringte til hotellet og fikk god hjelp av ansatt der. Hotellet med inngangsparti og trappegang var i et gammelt og veldig fint bygg. Alt var rent og ordentlig. Gulvet på rommet mitt føles ikke rent - det var liksom klissete, og trengte trolig rens. Resten av rommet var rent og helt fint. Vindu ut mot bakgård, derfor stille og rolig. Så til og med litt grønt opp mot Fjellsiden. En ødelagt takrenne i bakgråden kunne med fordel vært fikset. Alt i alt en fin plass å bo i Bergen sentrum, med alle tilbud du trenger rett utenfor døren.

Acho que faltaram 2 informações essenciais, para uma melhor estadia: 1 - Informar que para acesso ao lounge, antes do checkin, deve-se usar a chave do locker / quarto. Ficamos perdidos quanto a isso, e só depois de muita procura sobre como entrar no lounge (às 8 da manhã, e com sono, após uma longa viagem), vimos o acesso para cartão próximo ao elevador, longe da porta. 2 - Lava louças. Ter uma placa informativa sobre qual lava louca usar para deitar a louça suja e qual tem louça limpa, pela manhã. vi na primeira lava louça utensílios que pareciam limpos lavados, misturados com utensílios sujos recém colocados. Isso dificultou um pouco, pois não sabíamos se devíamos colocar a louça na lava louça ou se deixávamos na pia.

ロケーションは悪くない。 成人した家族4人でリーズナブルに泊まれるオプションだが、なかなかの狭さ。 洗面台はちゃんと洗って欲しい。角に汚れが溜まっていた。 シャワーをするとバスルームが水浸しになるのは設計ミス？せめてバスマットを置いて欲しい。 部屋は狭いが、コモンルームがあるのでそこは便利。 物価高の北欧でこのタイプは使い勝手が良いと思う。

A newly refurbished hotel in a great location. The check in and out were very impersonal but worked well so I have no idea how helpful the staff would have been since I didn't need help. The small double room is exactly what it says - small. It was OK for us since we only had 2 small suitcases and we were only staying one night. The lounge and kitchen were nice facilities.

Ubicación inmejorable, cerca de la estación de tren, muy cerca del puerto y la zona de Bryggen. Tanto el check in como el check out son automáticos y funcionan perfectamente. Si llega antes de la hora de entrada, la máquina te da una tarjeta para acceder a un guarda equipaje. Hay una zona en la planta 2 con nevera, máquina de café y te y vajilla. No se puede cocinar ni calentar comida. Es muy tranquilo y las camas muy cómodas. En agosto 2026 está todavía en reformas pero no notamos ninguna molestia.

Opening may have been premature. There is still painter tape on walls, our bathroom door was installed improperly and couldn’t close, the shower in the room was not build for adult size, the door can’t even open all the way, windows require a ladder to reach to open also necessary given the aircon was not operating even when windows were closed and the room was 78 degrees F. The staff was non-responsive. Positives were location, and nice shared lounge. Note coffee is not provided. Pretty sure the only reason it’s clean is because it’s brand new.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Breeze Hotel Bergen. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Bergen and get around the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent facilities, a convenient location, and great service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Bergen.

We were there the day the hotel opened. Nice rooms. Great location. No parking at all. Had to park in a garage a full kilometer away. There was no breakfast available and no coffee machines (which seems like a crime for Norway) because they hadn’t arrived yet. Some sawdust in the room from construction. Stickers hadn’t been removed on bathroom fixtures. Overall lovely hotel with the kind of issues you’d expect from anywhere on their first two days in business. Would happily stay again, especially if we didn’t have a car.
