Excellent hotel. Staff welcomed me at the car with an umbrella as it was raining, got a cup of coffee while waiting as I arrived slightly early. Very spacious, clean room with beautiful view over the town. Very reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic day at Hotel Cassandra. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating, with Darshana and Iwantha particularly distinguishing themselves. The rooms were maintained beautifully, stylish, and stunning. The food was delicious and served quickly. We look forward to visiting Hotel Cassandra again on our next holiday.

Great place to stay, the rooms are very nice and this was the first place I stayed at in Sri Lanka that had hot water in the shower. Also, I dropped a 5000 rupee bill on the staircase and an employee returned it to me. I will stay here again if I go back to Kandy

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing with good views! That staff are very attentive especially Imandha, Kasun and Padham. The breakfast buffet is just the right amount and great tasting. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay at Hotel Cassendra. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thank you to Imantha for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and freshly prepared each morning. Highly recommend!
