We were issued with a parking ticket on the first night along the river. First hour is free. But at the bottom (in small print) it tells you you still need a ticket. So beware. At 7pm the warden waits to pounce. After that £1. They are desperate

The castles, estate houses are great but obviously tickets are a bit pricey. Not too far from nice beaches, around 30 mins or so.

"We stayed in the house next door to the pub and it’s an amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated.
If you eat in the restaurant try and get a table inside the restaurant and not in the bar area as this was quite noisy."
"It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area.
It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it.
I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine.
I'd have liked a bedside table or shelf but other than that it had everything I needed.
Would definitely stay again.
Thankyou "
"The Crown Inn is a gem of a property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included when you book to stay here. There’s a good choice of food on the menu and reasonably priced. The bus stop is right outside which is great for getting to near by Kings Lynn. I would recommend staying here."
"Nice modern spacious clean room and bathroom.
Nice coffee & biscuits in room.
George & Dragon for lunch .
Had breakfast at lovely cafe/tea room at Castle Acre (no on site breakfast)
Would definitely use again .

"We loved the Wenns. Which we booked to go see a relative in hospital. We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. We were given great treatment to our little dog who was welcomed into the restaurant area and given special treats. My relatives joined us for dinner after the hospital and were so impressed by the food that they now want to book."
"Stayed for 2 nights in one of the pods. Fantastic camp site, really clean and well run. Very quiet at night, even with the road nearby. Convenient for King's Lynn and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend! "
