Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Property I booked this property for five members of my family for four days during the New Year holidays, expecting a comfortable vacation stay. Instead, it turned into the worst accommodation experience of our lives. I relied completely on the qualities and photos presented on Expedia, but the listing was totally misleading and did not reflect reality at all. As soon as we arrived, we were shocked to see the pathetic condition of both the building and the room. The entire place was extremely dirty. The carpets were filthy, the mattresses were very old and smelly, and the beds and foam cushions were worn out with a terrible odor. The washroom was in such an unhygienic state that it was practically unusable. The kitchen was equipped with very old appliances and dirty towels. Towels provided by the owner were so dirty that we could not even think of using them. The bathtub curtain was broken, and suddenly came off and hit my child on the head while bathing, it almost injured my kid seriously. This was a major safety hazard. The washroom overall was unsafe for children. Another serious issue was that although a fridge was technically “provided,” it was a SHARED fridge being used by other people living on the same floor. This was never mentioned in the Expedia description. There were several other guests or tenants living on the same floor in different rooms, which again was not disclosed. No me fue posible ingresar a la habitación, no hubo comunicación consecuente, efectiva ni a tiempo.. Me siento estafada. Espero poder recuperar mi dinero. Haremos todo lo posible para que ninguna persona le pase algo similar con una propiedad que no cuenta con las condiciones necesarias y que compromete la integridad de los usuarios de esta plataforma.

I beg you, please do not come and stay here. The area is really unsafe and someone tried coming into my car opening my car to take my belongings please I beg of you not to come here just because it’s so low price. Very unsafe neighbourhood and druggy and homeless people hanging around all the time.

Horrible

I stayed 4 nights with family. Room was not clean, everywhere found hair. Air-conditioning/ heating there is no switch to on or off. Bathroom sink not draining water , shower tap broken. To mixture hot and cold water very difficult. Area is not very secure. My children was scared to live this property.

Instructions to get into the room was detailed and helpful. The room was adequate enough. There were some few things that were not the greatest, but for the price it was ok. It also depends who else is staying in the other rooms. The neighborhood was not great. It is really sketchy, homeless people walking around and sleeping on steps. Every night we worried about our car but nothing happened, which was good. No one bothered us but we tried to make sure we were back in the room before dark. It's close to pen station, that was a plus. In the end, you get what you pay for.

From the bathroom to the bedroom was filthy, the house clearly says no smoking, and people were there smoking. I booked it for 2 nights, I stayed one night, Went and checked out the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend to my dog.
