It was amazing. The place is very neat and clean. The restaurant downstairs (Nost) is excellent and has a bakery as well. The staff is very helpful and kind. We have nothing but praise for this hotel.

8/10 很好

The location of the hotel was great - close to the shops and restaurants but not in the middle of all the crowds and noise. The rooms are very spacious and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and addressed any requests we had. One really nice feature is that they have filtered water dispensers in the kitchen and bathrooms so that you don't have to use bottled water while there. The only thing that could have been improved is that the kitchen is not well furnished. You have to ask for any sort of dishes or cooking items and what they give is very basic. If you wanted to do any sort of cooking, it would be very difficult with what is provided. There is no microwave which would have been useful. Overall a good place to stay.

Angkor Mansion & Residence is the absolute best in Siem Reap the staff is amazing the facilities are alway impeccable clean and well maintained. It’s a quick and easy walk to many fantastic restaurants, shops and always easy to get Transportation to anywhere. Definitely a 5 star in my opinion.

Nice hotel close to pub street and river market yet out of the way from busy traffic. We booked the 2 bedroom full service apartment with the washer and dryer which came in very handy during our 5 night stay. Apartment was very roomy, had an ensuite bathroom and was clean. Hot water was a bit of an issue if you wanted a long hot shower as the hot water stopped after a couple of minutes so we kept to quick showers. Staff was friendly and spoke English.
