The apartment was beautiful, right in the city center. We had some trouble with parking and the bathroom was a bit smelly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would come back again.

Room was comfortable and clean, check in was easy, host went above and beyond to be helpful, location is amazing- 1 minute walk to the bridge.

Appart très bien situé au centre ville. Tout comfort: cuisne, bonne literie, sdb avec climatisation. Une super piscine pour se relaxer.
Très bon accueil sans oublier un parking gratuit indispensable.
A recommander pour un tres bon séjour depaysant.

처음 주차할 때 부터 호스트와 만나지 못했고 빌라 이름으로 된 간판이 없어서 찾기 어려웠음. 그리고 빨래감을 맡겼는데 마르지 않은 상태로 받음

Vilka Diamond was a great place to stay at.
Great location. Very close to old town, situated on a buzzling walking street with many nice xafees, restaurants, small cosy shops and everything you may need.
The apartment was very nicely laid out, with a spacious social area with livingroom, kitchen bathroom and wardrobes on the entrance floor and a very inviting bedroom a sraircase up.
2 air-conditioning units made sure the big volume of the apartment had a nice climate.
But the most amazing was ghe landlird, Ekrem.
He picked us up from the bus with a big friendly smile, even though the bus was 1h late and showed us all we needed to know about the apartment and gave us dome good advice where to go.
We incurred some problems during our stay with a shop and Ekrem helped us directly,vhe even spent nany hours driving us there.
We had a really amazing time in Mostar.
If we return, we would without a doubt stay i Villa Diamond again!

The Villa Diamond canceled our reservation upon arrival, when we were standing at their gate, calling them to get code to the gate. The said that they had "major technical problems" and were unable to host us and claimed they had tried to contact us. The latter not being true since we had no missed phone calls, no text messages, no emails or no messages in the hotels.com app from them.

員工很親切幫忙提行李上樓 ，樓中樓設計是很多人的理想情屋 。
乾淨 明亮 ，舒適 ，尤其是位置的方便性 ，老城區入口 ，還是平地 。
入住以後 往右邊是挑戰腳程的石頭路 ，經過 眾多遊人的踩踏 ，非常光滑 ，是一項挑戰啊 !
旁邊的I love Mostar 冰淇淋店老闆非常熱心 告知 我哪一間是Diamond ,在屋主 傳成前一次密碼沒能進去時 ，是老闆幫忙叫櫃檯下來開門的。
隔天要去修道院 ，也是在冰淇淋店 還沒正式由營業時 幫我換錢的
晚上直到10:00，路上依然明亮 ，走過,住在裡面覺得很安心
