Cet hôtel a un très grand charme par son cadre, sa décoration avec une végétation luxuriante dans le patio, une terrasse en roof top avec vue sur la marina et il est très calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. On peut vous accompagner à la plage en voiturettes gratuites. Autre chose qui a son importance, il a une piscine, plutôt un bassin pour 6 personnes mais on a accès gratuit à une grande piscine à l’extérieur à 150M de l’hôtel. Nous avions les chambres (n°2 et 3) qui ont une décoration assez simple. salle de bain chambre 2 très peu fonctionnelle (éclairage venant du plafond et miroir très éloigné sans éclairage) et fuite d’eau sous la paroi de la douche pour les deux sdb. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux mais le service est un peu trop long (>1h). Dommage que certains détails viennent entacher notre séjour: Pas de lumière de chevets dans la chambre 3, plusieurs prises de courant HS, banc de lit taché. Très peu de rangements pour les vêtements et manque de cintres dans la penderie. Et il n’y avait pas de télécommande de la télévision dans la chambre et ils n’ont pas pu nous en trouver une. Malgré tout nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre expérience dans cet hôtel.

The good: amazing beach, quick golf cart ride to the beach, helpful staff, access to nice pools, gorgeous hotel with character, lots of nice hangout spots on the grounds, beautiful spot in the marina, easy-to-use safe. The bad: bad shower/bathroom design leading to water on the floor (you technically stand in the shower to use the bathroom sink lol), damp towel hanging in closet, and hair found on floor, and guard gate for neighborhood that tries to exploit non-guests (visitors) for money.

Ruidosos. Loud. Very very bad sound isolation. Can hear your neighbors and people outside the windows and doors very clearly. We had to move rooms because we heard our neighbors full conversations. Then in our new room we were woken up by a birthday party right next to our window . It is a pretty hotel and very nice staff. But hard to relax because of bad sound proofing. Highly recommend the hotel revise and take steps to create quiet rooms for all guests. Hotels are for rest and sleeping. The hotel listened to us and changed our room because a new night club blasted us out of our room with incredible loud music until 230am. The rooms were cute, updated, clean, nice linens and beds. The manager made all the difference in the world.

Lighting was poor and there were limited electrical outlets. None of which were in the bathroom for blow dryer, straightener, etc. The shades were smaller in width in comparison to the windows in the bathroom, which allowed for anyone outside to see into the shower and bathroom. I had to use a towel with clips to cover the area. The mirror in the bathroom had a button to turn on for lightning, but it was inoperable. Staff later informed me that there was no electrical current to the mirror. The shower was open and did not have doors, which caused the entire bathroom floor to be covered in water, including the toilette area. To get around the marina, you needed to use golf carts which had a 5 day rental minimum. The amount of golf carts available were limited to the amount of guests in the area. In order to get an UBER, you have to walk away from the Hotel to the entrance of the gate, which is an approximate 10 minutes of a walk. Consider this when forecast is pouring rain. Hotel only served breakfast which is a separate fee and the pool, although visibly pleasant, is small. For the amount of money paid, I was left unsatisfied.
