I always enjoy coming here it’s my fourth time and I love all the amenities of this hotel, my only complaint is I wish they had more affordable dinner menu and more options.

The check in staff were helpful and nice but I was a bit disappointed with the “hot springs” not being what I had imagined.
Also, the coffee shop is open 7 am - 1 pm and at 8 am there was nobody there because it said they were on a 10 minute break. It seems odd to me that you’re on a break 1 hour after opening during a prime time for coffee.
But the hotel was nice and the room was comfortable.

We had a 3rd floor king room without the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was roomy and quiet and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We used the outdoor hot spring pool and cold plunge and enjoyed them. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and although service was slow, it was pleasant and the food was good despite other reviewers saying it wasn't. We would definitely stay at this resort hotel again!

Great ambiance, close to a lot ot activities, peaceful with the water fountains, loved the mineral water hot tub, the sauna. Overall, it was excellent and we had a relaxing 2 day stay.
