Was unable to get a room after I booked it on hotels.com. Come to find out the hotel is small with only 20 rooms available, there was a lot of people turned away. I still got charged they couldn’t cancel it for me nor could I on the website!!!! Never again will I use this site!!!!!

Room was terrible. Staff was rude and he’s not pet friendly. He charged me an extra $50 outside of Hotels.com saying that Hotels.com was not his price and I have to pay him an extra $50 then he charged me $20 deposit when I checked out early, he threw the $20 back at me and he would not give me a receipt for the $50 saying that he don’t give receipts but then wrote on a piece of paper what he charged me

I would not recommend staying at Super 7 Inn based on my experience. The pricing was not transparent. I was quoted one rate when booking, but upon arrival I was told I had to pay an additional refundable deposit and a daily room fee that had not been clearly disclosed in advance.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and I encountered roaches during my stay, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. There was also no working cable service as expected.
Customer service at the front desk was also a problem. When I asked reasonable questions about the unexpected charges and room conditions, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful rather than professional.
Overall, this stay fell well below basic standards for cleanliness, transparency, and customer service. I would strongly suggest confirming all fees in advance and considering other options.

Definate trap house for the homeless. Took our reservation and our money and then told us they had no room available when we arrived and refused to answer Expedia's phone calls yo comfirm they renagged on our reservation.

If I could rate this place less I would. Do not stay here. Roaches across the bed. Bathtub and shower peeling off and disgusting. Smoke alarm going off every 3 mins. Do NOT STAY HERE

Hotel said the hotel room was more then what I paid for on the website and I couldn’t cancel, so they charged additional along with not returning my deposit, not worth the price, dirty with roaches in the bathroom. When I got ready to check out it was someone doing drugs in the parking lot. Overall it was a bad experience and I don’t plan on visiting ever again.

Was absolutely horrific...when i arrived they advised me the price which i had already been charged was incorrect then charged my card and additional 75 dollars plus a 50 dollar deposit which has yet to be refunded...i jave tried contacting hotels several times and can not speak to a representative
