Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but had adequate items to meet our needs. (A measuring cup and measuring spoons would be helpful). The complimentary laundry was a wonderful amenity. The added surprise of pastries with coffee in the morning was wonderful. The cherry turnover was very tasty! We did have an issue with GPS directing us to the wrong entrance, which was alarming since the gate was locked. Know that you have to enter from the West side. Check-in was easy; the desk clerk was polite and helpful. This was a great option at a very reasonable price.

Not sure why they needed to copy front and back of drivers license plus phone number. Not a safe procedure given all the fraud out there. When asked front desk why, received no answer. Like the all of a sudden could not speak English. Won’t stay again!

Everything was great. I only gave the property 4 stars because the other half was under renovation. The "room" we were in was really what I'd call a suite, it included a full kitchen and sitting area separate from the bedroom.
If I had to find something to complain about it would be that the ceiling lights were VERY bright, and could use a dimmer.

I had some of my employees stay there to work in Roswell. They said this was a perfect place to stay - VERY clean and very nice. Someone will be going back to Roswell, and they already requested to stay at this facility. THIS IS A 5 STAR Hotel.

So much bang for your buck! Spacious is an understatement! Clean and QUIET!!! As a Hilton Honor Lifetime member…we rarely stay at other hotels but this one was SO worth it! Pet fees are so reasonable and they have lovely grounds & grass!
100% recommend…this will be our go to in Roswell!

Two small negatives -
1. there was no breakfast, just coffee and some dry pastries.
2. There was a terrible smell near the elevator on the 2nd floor.
