I was extremely disappointed with this property. It was poorly managed, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and trash was scattered throughout the premises. The high price was completely unjustified given the low quality of the experience. There are far better options available for the same cost.

Not my cup of tea… if you’re looking for a Holiday Inn with no breakfast this is your place. It was my first stay at a Hyatt Studios definitely my last. It’s a great room excellent kitchenette

I arrived almost 2 hours after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in a while! The staff was not friendly AT ALL! If the staff was more kind I would have rated this location a 5 stars.
