Prisvärt hotell på bra läge
Jag har bott flera gånger på olika hotell på Gower Street, området är ganska lugnt och ligger på gångavstånd från de flesta teater och opera, nära till tunnelbana och tåg. The Marker Hotel är ett typiskt enkelt mindre hotell i London. Ligger likt de flesta andra i ett äldre hus, ljudisoleringen är inte den bästa, hiss saknas och rummen är små. Men sängarna är fräscha och det är välstädat. Fräscha badrum. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Engelsk frukost samt youghurt och bakverk. Det finns bättre hotell i London, men de kostar oftast betydligt mer.

Simple et efficace
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cette hôtel en famille. Le personnel est très disponible et réactif, le petit déjeuner est compris dans la nuitée, il est servi à l assiette et une petite zone est a volonté. L hôtel est très bien desservi le quartier est fort agréable. Si nous devons retourner à Londres nous retournons sûrement ici

Nice stay with warm hospitality, at a quiet area
1. 소규모 호텔들이 모여있는 지역에 있어 대체로 조용한 편입니다. 2. 엘리자베스선을 타고 토트넘 코트 로드 역에 내리면 도보 10분 내외 거리에 있습니다. 가장 가까운 지하철역은 유스턴 스퀘어 역으로 도보 5분 거리에 있습니다. 3. 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 차림입니다. 비건식은 안 먹어봐서 모르겠고 일반식은 토스트, 치즈, 베이크드빈스, 베이컨, 소시지 등 잉글리시 브렉퍼스트 메뉴가 나옵니다. 그 외에 커피와 차, 우유, 요거트, 페이스트리류, 잼 등을 셀프바에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. 4. 프런트는 24시간 운영입니다. 호텔 출입문은 23시에 폐쇄하나 벨을 누르면 프런트 상주직원이 문을 열어줍니다. 직원들은 굉장히 친절합니다. 5. 정원은 사용 불가합니다. 6. 싱글룸은 1.5층(Ground Floor에서 반 층 올라감)에 있습니다. 캐리어를 보관할 수 있는 공간이나 금고, 옷장은 따로 없습니다. 전기포트와 커피, 차, 설탕, 과자 등이 제공됩니다. 어매니티는 샴푸, 컨디셔너가 있으며 헤어드라이기는 요청 시 대여 가능합니다. 식수는 제공되지 않으므로 직접 사서 들어가야 합니다. 5. 하우스키핑은 2~3일에 한 번인 것으로 보입니다. 저는 체크인 다음 날 받았으나 그 다음날은 없었습니다. 하우스키핑 시 수건은 교체해주지 않습니다. 6. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 가능합니다. 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 조용한 지역에 있었던 것과 지하철역이 가까웠던 점, 서비스 직원이 친절했던 점이 특히 마음에 들었습니다.

Avoid
I booked a triple room for myself and my adult son only to be told at check in they only had a double bed and there was nothing they could do. It was late afternoon and getting dark. Fortunately i found my booking and they admitted their mistake and had got us mixed up with someone else even though i had showed them my ID. She then told us the triple room was available.

Hotel needs tlc
Room was cramped and needed a good makeover, shower worked well and housekeeping was really good. Hotel is in an ideal location for Covent Gardens and theaters. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast good.

Decent Stay at the Right Price
Stayed over new years and had issues within my room, this being said I raised the issue with management and they handled it professionally and took my issue seriously. I would return to the hotel based off the room and customer service provided.

Good value for price and private bathroom Good breakfast included nice sausage and bacon Shower was very good temperature and pressure and new, Nice good quality soap and extras in the room coffee bags etc Everything was clean and comfortable Very attentive staff at night and in the morning Good location near tube stations and local amenities near the west end Oxford st etc but on a quiet street off the main road Not the most luxury but very pleasant and suited our needs perfectly, would stay again especially if going to the West End for another theatre show
