"We’ve stayed here multiple times this year due to doctors appointments in the area and love how this is down the road from Methodist Richardson hospital and it’s close by to a lot of dining options. The room is also comfy as well, breakfast is great! This is a clean and safe hotel. We love coming back! "

"I loved my room and my bathroom.
My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is.
Great patio and great pool.
The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set.
Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well.

"The night manager was amazing! She was so sweet and very kind! We asked when the pool closed and she said the time but said if we wanted to stay an hour past that we could as long as we weren’t too loud! Since we arrived later in the evening. Another employee complemented our attire as we left for dinner, and another employee in the morning helped me when I noticed there wasn’t a displayed price on an item in the little shop! Overall 10/10 experience! Amazing staff, super clean! "
