I only need a bed for the night and this place sufficed but I can’t say the floor of the my room was clean and I did notice at least one small roach in the bathroom. Otherwise, this motel had really easy access to Ruby Falls.

Despite the confirmed Hotels.com reservation, Motel 6 showed it cancelled with the hotel sold out. Had to scramble at 6 PM to find another hotel. While the front desk staff was friendly and willing to help, they were ineffective in finding a solution.

The air conditioner in my room blew cool air even though I set it at 61 degrees. I had to open the window to cool the room off and make it comfortable to sleep. Also, when I returned to my room the 2nd night, I discovered the maid had not been in my room. The bed was unmade and the trash hadn’t been emptied. The bedspread had numerous cigarette burns in it. I do not recommend this location.

Parking was easy! Very convenient! Had ice machine , vending machine for drinks snacks and hygiene products! Tried to charge 3.00 for one tampon but overall good stay for the price . I wish the rooms would have mini fridges and microwaves and a tad bit more storage space! The only thing I have to complain about is the roach problem. Definitely needs to sprayed and the hotel would be a perfect stay !

Suspicious people gathering in parking lot. Whole place smelled like smoke probably due to the multiple cigarette burns in the bedding. Towels were dirty and crusty and then there was the cockroach in the bathroom. Staff told us to contact Travelocity for a refund, but then didn't answer the phone when Travelocity tried to contact them. We went elsewhere. Didn't get a refund, but that's better than getting a disease or getting our car broken into.

More like an impoverished apartment complex. Tenants loud up until 1am, can hear what's going on in the next room. Filthy towels and shower. Roach infested, will NEVER stay there again. Terrible experience.

Red alert. Do not book reservations here. When I booked the reservation for a family emergency. I paid online and then when I arrived they insisted an additional 200 dollars per room per night.
