This is a nice property right on Potato Lake. They staff were very friendly and helpful! The condo was clean and had basic amenities. This property is fairly old and dated. Family friendly and quiet. It was still fairly cold when I was there. They just put the docks in water after winter. Beautiful area close to Park Rapids!

Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. There were canoes and kayaks for anyone to use. It was similar price to some hotels but the kitchen and extra rooms were so nice to have. Like everyone probably says, it’s a little dated, but clean and comfy

Everything was good, Probably need to do some maintenance on decks. So rotten wood etc…. But maintenance man was a very friendly guy and great to visit with. New fish cleaning house is Al ost top of the line. However they should add plug in on there over flow parking so you can plug a boat in to charge.
