Our stay was truly perfect! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, all of the amenities were fantastic, and our room was clean and comfortable. The only negative I have was the elevators. During our stay, 2 of them were down almost our whole week which made it very difficult considering how large the resort is.

This was the perfect stay for my family. The service from each staff member was amazing from the moment we entered the doors. The rooms were clean and every need was met. The layout, location and amenities of the hotel was created where once you park your vehicle you wouldn't need it again until it's time to check out. I highly recommend Embassy Suites and I know you will too.
真實評價

Unloading in the beginning was a bit much but once we figured out the parking and elevators it worked out. Parking is expensive but the free chairs on the beach was compensation. Breakfast was fantastic, entertainment, music and amenities were spot on. Snack time with free drinks a plus as well. My only issues was how firm the bed was in our room. Could be a deal breaker for me in the future. Wonder if they have softer options? Thanks for a great week!
