The main reason why I'm giving the load review is the price was too much for the accommodation. It was quite far from the airport. I was under the understanding it was closer. The people were nice so I feel bad giving them bad review but the price is too high.

Requested for non-smoking room, They gave a smoking room that felt like a bar. Totally non-ideal for families. Room was dirty. No amenities were provided until asked. Linen was dirty. The hot water hardly got dispensed in the bathroom.

The room was awful. The whole hotel is extremely tired. The air con didnt work. The hot water ran out half way through my first shower and never returned. There were sockets and power fittings hanging loose from the walls. My room was extremely noisy with constant and very intrusive traffic noise, not helped by the "city view" window (a loosely fitted pane of glass covered by a translucent curtain, who's "city view" was literally to the wall of the neighbouring building, about 2 metres away). This was not a budget priced booking compared to other hotels in the area, but was very definitely a budget experience that left me poorly rested, unwashed and uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel did not match their listing on Hotels. Room had no windows, clean but shabby. Old bedding, door didn’t work well. The bathroom had very old fixtures and the worst was there was no shower stall. Shower head in middle of the room. Everything got wet. It meant the floor was wet so using sink or toilet meant putting on shoes. Bathroom door was rotting on the inside due to shower spray. The room was inexpensive but definitely did not match the 8.8 rating.

Absolutely awful place. Saw a dead cockroach outside the room, then a live one crawling over the bedside table less than 5 minutes after getting there. When we complained we were shown to a new (smaller) room where we saw another cockroach under the bed. They then called a taxi and put us up at their other hotel (Hotel Stanley) in a small room, which we had to get cleaned as that too was filthy. Terrible place, avoid avoid avoid!!!

This hotel needs a lot of improvements. It is a health and hygiene risk! A lot of cockroaches! Very basic amenities. Information and pictures on hotels.com were somehow misleading otherwise I would not have booked it. Ideally, hotels. Com should refund the rent. Staff are polite and co-operative but unfortunately the hotel is in very poor condition!

One of room is not cleaned at all.. Unusable condition and they left previous occupant's mess.. They supposed to arrange large cars(and charged higher $$) to take us(8 of us) to airport but they arranged regular cars..

フロントの方やポーターさんは親切で優しかったんですが、 トイレの流れが悪い（3回に1回しか流れない）シャワーのお湯が出ない、とにかくバストイレゾーンの清潔感がなくなるべくいたくないと思ってしまいました。 部屋はまぁ綺麗でしたし虫もいませんが他の部屋あまり泊まっていなくて不安でした。 朝食は利用してません。

This was not a “happy” hotel. The entrance seemed like a hostel and the door to the hotel room didn’t seal well and exposed light from the top and bottom of the door. There was only one bath towel which I’m sure was white at some point. We also found a bug crawling on the floor and another one later in the evening crawling on the covers! When we checked out, we found the staff person sleeping in the lobby which later woke up and charged us an additional 200 rupees for the “shuttle” we got the night before dispute the agreed amount in advance. Do not book this hotel.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life - Unsafe, Filthy, and Misleading! I booked Hotel Happy Stay near Delhi Airport through Expedia, and it was an absolute nightmare. The photos online looked clean and comfortable - but the reality was the exact opposite. When I arrived at 2 AM, exhausted after a long flight and needing just a few hours of rest before my next connection, I was shocked to find: 1. Cockroaches crawling on the furniture and walls. 2. A strong foul odour throughout the entire room and hallway. 3. Mold and grime covering the bathroom - completely unhygienic. 4. The property did not even match the listed location accurately - it felt unsafe and isolated. Within five minutes of checking in, I decided to leave. The staff didn’t apologize, didn’t offer a new room, and didn’t seem surprised - just said “OK.” No refund, no help, nothing. I ended up rushing back to the airport and sleeping on a chair instead because staying here was impossible. This is not a place for travellers - it’s a health hazard and a scam listing that should be removed from Expedia immediately. Expedia needs to review this property urgently for false advertising and safety violations. If you value your health, hygiene, and safety, do not book this hotel. I wish I had read reviews like this before wasting my time and money.

It's near the IGI Airport , New Delhi , so easily accessible to passengers , who have late night flights. It's on the main road in Mahipalpur , but no space for Parking. The breakfast in the morning was good. Nice Staff. The rooms are very compact
