I paid for the room four months before arrival, on the day of the reservation. I received a confirmation with the room number and access details to open all the doors in order to reach the key box. Unfortunately, there was no key inside.
Contacting the property owner did not help. He was unable to find my reservation and could not provide the key. The next day, he messaged me asking whether I had slept in my room or in a different room. (was I supposed to break into another room?).
As a result, I was forced to use one of the R&B offers in Bergen, and I did not get back the money — over 600 NOK. Of course, I am unable to assess the cleanliness of the room or the rest of the service.
