Excellent area, safe… the price was incredible. The only thing is that the doorbell can be heard very loudly from your room. Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. It is not a hotel. I wasn’t given an invoice. Just a note. The room had no ventilation, no air condition. The sheets were not clean and had hair.. Overall, it was filthy.

In general it's ok, but teh staff at the beginning wasn't that friendly and there is a really bad welcoming way, I mean, there is no sign at the front about the hotel, you arrive and know nothing, it looks like some offices, there is a doorbell whichh seems to work but then you don't understand what to do to enter, the room's floor was dirty, the beds had some bugs that bite us, there is no fan or AC, the walls or sheetrock so be ready for some chat hearing outside your room, there are no curtains on the window so you get flashed by the automatic lights from the hallway, the pillows were very worn down, the tv works but they had no streaming service active, the only great thing was the shower, but in all honesty I wouldn't come back, well, the area is very noce to walk and go out eating as well but the decision remains. I guess it needs more attention from the management.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms do not have air conditioning, no desk, insufficient place to put suitcases conveniently. Biggest issue is manager at reception is largely inaccessible despite calling, texting. This became an issue when we wanted to check out one day early (we stayed 3 nights). We learned that only the manager can do refunds. She was not in hotel when she was supposed to be. She did not respond to calls. When we finally saw thel manager, she refused to refund us for 4th night even though we cleared the room, returned key and notified person at reception early in the morning on day of checkout. The manager refused to call her manager, but eventually manager came. Jennifer lied about being at the hotel the day before but later admitted she was not there. Too much hassle, nonsense. It is too bad as these issues could be addressed but no will to do so.

Es muy bonito el lugar y segura la calle donde está el hotel. Cerca hay un lugar para comprar comida y muchos restaurantes de todo tipo.El personal del hotel es muy amable y rspidos, las instalaciones están bien, los cuartos son muy sencillos, pero las sábanas están viejitas, tienen hoyos, manchas de tinta y cabellos.
