The entire property was beautifully and thoughtfully built, a true hidden gem on the mountainside. The family cottage “tun” was well above and beyond what we expected with 3 bedrooms plus a lounge/loft area. The pool area was immaculate and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from there. Staff was courteous and helpful. Can’t wait to return!!

We spent 3 nights in one of the Hotel's cottages which was wonderful. The hotel is located around 3 km from the city center, which means that renting a car or taking taxis is necessary. We enjoyed the gardens, pool, sauna and breakfast which was top notch. The cottage was impeccable. At reception, we were greeted by a French-speaking young woman who was very kind and helpful. We only have a couple of observations to improve future guests' experience: - Our cottage was the closest to the pool. We needed to rest and didn't particularly appreciate the fact that the pool bar was playing quite loud music all day. In a hotel like this one, the hotel management shall clearly advertise the fact that this is either a lively resort or a quiet, charming hotel, so that guests know what to expect. We personally expected a quiet charming hotel - which we found outside of the pool area. - Sauna: some days, we saw a group of friends who hogged the sauna for several hours, taking turns and saving a spot for their friends when they stepped out. They were constantly going in and out which means that the sauna temperature was lower than required when we finally had a chance to get in. Worse, we saw a father who stepped in the sauna with two children under 8 years old. Sauna shall be forbidden to children for obvious security reasons. Finally, there should be a shower near the sauna to make sure that guests shower before getting in, or between sessions. On the whole, a great stay!

Great place to stay in Dilijan! Beautiful property and garden, great rooms, good service (in the hotel). The restaurant had good food but the service was below standard (esp compared to where they want to position themselves). Would recommend!

Beautiful property in a great setting. Looks fairly new. Room was very comfortable. typical sized hotel room. Parking available which was very nice, with a guard at the gate. courteous staff. Not walking distance from main part of town, so you will need car transport. Some of the roads getting to property full of potholes, but manageable. Breakfast included. Plenty of choices. When we went (mid-late April) not crowded at all. Don't know about peak season. Would definitely stay again if the chance arises.

Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. It would be good for a hotel of this level to train its staff in basic customer service and communication skills.

Hotel with no air conditioner, something crazy. Couldn’t stay because there was no air conditioner and was very hot. Receptionist said there was no written anywhere that that have it, but how can we imagine such an expensive hotel without air conditioner
