Extra unnecessary fees but great stay overall

Place look really good after years of not being renovated l! Although I made a reservation for myself and my husband, I selected one guest and had to pay an additional $12 at check in which seemed a little extreme. They lady at the front desk was kind though and had exceptional customer service.

They moved me to another hotel before I got to this hotel and the other one was dirty and very nasty it has a lot of roaches infested and dirty bed sheets I asked to move and they moved me to a smokers room with blood on the walls I left and paid for a different room it was too terrible.

This place is a complete scam. The photos online are a joke compared to what you actually get. The area is filthy, loud, and feels genuinely dangerous. You will not feel safe here for a single minute, let alone trying to sleep through the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump.

Mold and writing on the wall was in my first room , it was so gross , cigarettes and batteries under the bed. I asked to be moved. Got moved to a “upgraded” one which was just how a normal hotel room should be. With the exception of the shower looking like a horror movie. And every other room looked destroyed.

You get what you pay for. Cheapest in the area, and some smells of smoke in a non-smoking room. Upgrading doesn't improve much & doesn't get rid of the bug problem, so better to stick with the lower cost. Lobby was stuffy & hot, so it wasn't a great place to hang out. Computers were slow to boot & terrible for browsing the web, so better to have your own.

Please don’t waste your time! Very unsanitary.

This was the most disgusting most false advertised hotel I have ever stayed at.! It had the worst smell so very pungent it burns. Your nose sheets was very dirty along with the walls & flooring. My room door looked as if it had been broken into previously the door did not close properly. This hotel should be SHUT DOWN
