The lady behind the front desk was very rude. Air conditioner sound like there’s a bunch of squirrels running around the bathroom shower had mold. The floors were filthy. There were cobwebs in the corners. No wi-fi. Lamp broke wires exposed

Clean rooms, very quiet & peaceful, great views with easy morning hikes nearby. I spoke with Anita on the phone and she was so helpful. Shannon’s husband (apologies, I do not have his name) guided us to the property as we arrived in the dark & Shannon checked us in. She was incredibly kind & very friendly.

Clean cabin and friendly staff. Had a fridge and microwave.
No shops nearby and the restaurant is not very good.

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin. Having the 2nd bathroom was amazing. Cabin was clean, had TV , microwave and refrig. Nice porch with benches with a great view. Able to rent bikes which as great to go to end of trail for another great view. Only reason not a 5 star is the food was not good and expensive. $27.00 for a choice of one of 3 meals; we had all 3 and were disappointed, bring food/smacks. Otherwise ENJOY!

Interesting property located very near the Canyon rim. Generally clean room although our first assigned room had not been cleaned after previous guests. Our shower had no curtain. The arcade was mildly entertaining. Restaurant looked good but we didn’t eat there. The weather on the day of our visit was beautiful and there was not much wind on the surface but the zip line was closed due to the wind.

The cabin we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We truly appreciate the efforts of the security personnel who helped us check into our cabin at 9 pm. I would suggest to add a couple of chairs in the cabin other than that we had a good stay.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and there’s a zip line on site which you can do with the purchase of a Grand Canyon skywalk ticket purchase. Highly recommend!

Cozy and clean room with basic necessities: queen size bed with pull-out bed, two armchairs and tiny table plus a drawer. Incl. Coffee maker. Walking shower. Very close to the Grand Canyon West. Warning: navigation is misleading: do not put street address for the cabins but rather the Grand Canyon West airport, otherwise you’ll end up circa 100 miles away from your destination! Very kind and helpful staff. It’s worthy to get All Access Pass, which gives you discount to all site attractions!
