From check in to check out, the staff at Emerald was fantastic. We were able to drop off our luggage and head to their cafe for a free welcome Freddo Cappuccino (highly recommend). Since we were there early, we explored the local shops until getting a WhatsApp message our room was ready for us. The location of the hotel is spectacular and is at the heart of the town. It’s still on a side street so noise wasn’t too much of an issue. The room was beautiful and they had a whole host of amenities for us to enjoy. They arranged a transfer to the port for our ferry to Santorini and it couldn’t have been more seamless. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

We stayed at this hotel from July 6th, 2026, to July 9th, 2026, and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The hotel is surprisingly small, but this did not bother us at all – quite the opposite: it created a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. You can truly see that great attention has been paid to every detail and that everything has been designed with a lot of love and care. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is ideal and very central. There are many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We would especially like to praise Mr. Dimitris and his colleague at the reception, whose name we unfortunately do not know. Both of them were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Mr. Dimitris always welcomed us with a smile, answered all our questions, and gave us helpful tips and recommendations. We always felt very well taken care of and truly welcomed. The breakfast was another highlight – it was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We would be happy to come back again!
