I enjoyed it. only point to improve is how busy the swimming pool was. i think either providing specific times for families or notifying when the pool has space because it was crowded over our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was the room upgrade, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The staff truly stands out — they are not only helpful but go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome at all times. Their attentiveness is impressive. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, especially the pool and gym, both very well equipped and maintained. The breakfast was another strong point, with great variety and quality. That said, while the hotel delivers a very good overall experience, I personally wouldn’t classify it as a 5-star property. It feels more aligned with a strong 4-star standard. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and comfort.

My stay at the Hilton Center City was marred by a significant incident that left me deeply disappointed. At 4:20 AM, a fire alarm disrupted the entire hotel, jolting guests awake without warning. This unexpected disturbance robbed me of several hours of sleep, affecting the quality of my visit considerably. While I appreciate the hotel’s attempt to compensate with a complimentary cruise basket, the gesture felt insufficient given the severity of the disruption and its impact on my rest. On a positive note, the hotel itself is genuinely nice. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance are commendable, and under normal circumstances, I would have enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, and the accommodations met my expectations in terms of comfort and design. However, the alarm incident overshadowed these positives. My concern is how such incidents are handled and prevented. A 4:20 AM alarm suggests either a maintenance issue or inadequate testing protocols. Guests deserve better communication before, during, and after such events, along with more meaningful compensation when their sleep and comfort are compromised. If the hotel addresses its emergency alarm procedures and guest communication protocols, I would be willing to give it another chance in the future. For now, I rate this experience as disappointing, though not entirely negative.

The best Hilton I have stayed at by some distance. Pretty much brand new (opened Dec 25) and very very well located. We had a car hired so everything was within 10/15 mins driving distance (would highly recommend hiring a car!) We had the 2 bedroom sea view suite which was on the 41st floor of the east tower. Perfect for my family of 4 (2x Adults and 2 boys aged 12&8). Ample space to sleep and also lounge with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. 2 x bathrooms with showers (one in each bedroom) and a separate WC in the lounge area. The only thing we didn't have was a balcony which would have been the icing on the cake. We were given complimentary breakfast which was amazing. Lots of items to select from including patisserie, fruits, cold meats, breads etc as well as international inspired hot food such as tea eggs, shakshuka, manakeesh, egg fried rice etc. In addition there was also a menu for freshly prepared items such as eggs florentine, omelettes, poached eggs among other egg related dishes and also sweet items such as pancakes, cronuts, waffles, french toast and more. The amenities included both an indoor and outdoor pool (located on 7th floor) a well equipped gym including a separate female only one along with a spa offering various treatments for both individuals and couples. Free Valet car parking was available which i fully utilised and found very helpful. All li all a top hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

This is the best hotel in Bahrain! From the young ladies, Maricel and Ellena, that clean my room daily and greet me with a pleasant smile each morning to Aneesed and Ramzee who make sure I have a nice vanilla cappuccino in the evening cafe before I return to my room. Each of them greet me by name, and I must tell you, Angelique isn't an easy name to remember. When I come for breakfast or lunch, Sapna greets me with a smile and asks about my stay, while Gemima, Ratna, or Thoon makes my meal so enjoyable. I often travel alone but here I feel like family awaits me. Please choose this Hilton while in Bahrain. You will be so happy that you did.
