Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und wunderbar mit Tram oder Bahn erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und dennoch ist man super schnell im geschehen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen, die Größe hat absolut ausgereicht. Am Anfang hatten wir eine defekte Toilettenspülung, darum wurde sich aber schnellstmöglich gekümmert. Hatte man ein Anliegen, wurde super schnell per Nachricht geantwortet (trotz Feiertag). Einchecken und auschecken waren problemlos. Wir würden es empfehlen und selbst auch wieder buchen. 🌟

Booking in was difficult. There is no one at reception. A cleaner let us in to our room after we waited for 3 hrs. No one answers a phone. Great to access a microwave at reception desk. No chairs in room. Nowhere to hang washing. Getting in n out of building n room was good. Great location.

Leuk hotel en goede locatie! Hele goede waterdruk in de douche en bed lag comfortabel, kamer had goede airco. Schoonmaak kon iets netter (kwamen tussendoor niet bij een verblijf van 3 dagen, misschien op aanvraag?) Supervriendelijk en aardig contactpersoon!

Bonito alojamiento en muy buena ubicación

Bonito alojamiento, limpio, cómodo y ubicado excelentemente. La comunicación con la propiedad excelente también. Sin duda para repetir. Se puede aparcar el coche en la calle por la noche aunque por el día es de pago. También hay un parking cercano aunque dejar el coche toda la noche es bastante caro. Disfrutamos mucho en Niza.

Boa localização, bem próximo as duas estações. Otimo chuveiro e banho.Secador que funciona.Tudo automatizado e sem funcionários ou proprietários . Três noites, quatro dias e em nenhum momento vimos ninguém . O quarto não foi limpo e não conseguimos se quer tirar o lixo. Tivemos que deixar no canto. A recepção ,que também é um depósito manteve computador ligado sem ninguém por todo período.As máquinas citadas no site do hotel estavam vazias e não funcionam.O cafe que também citam não existe. O quarto de numero dois que ficamos é diferente das fotos e foi difícil acomodar duas malas de bordo.A roupa de cama não é da marca de algodão e pena conforme divulgam.A proposta é boa , está bem organizado, porém sugiro rever o que realmente oferecem conforme a realidade do local que é bacana e bem seguro.

commerces, restau, tram et gare : OK il n'y avait pas grand chose dans le distributeur du couloir. personne à l'accueil et c'est mon mari qui a reçu les infos (heureusement) pour l'ouverture de la porte rue et récupération de la clé porte chambre. Si j'avais été seule, je n'aurai pas pu rentrer alors que c'est moi qui ai fait l'inscription pour cette chambre.

The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.

we really enjoyed our time in nice! property was accurate to photos. only thing that would have been convenient is better and clearer instruction on checking in. we figured it out and got into our room but it was a little confusing. bed was comfy though, and the shower had great water pressure!
