My Stay at Coov Hotel

Good amazing stay and the location is in residential area where restaurants and grocery stores and laundry at walking distance and very cheap prices.

I would suggest the Reservation Manager Mr Tahir inspect the rooms, the kitchenette area was unusable and completely needs replacing, the walls need repainting, the headboards need sprucing up, the air conditioning needs servicing as when you switch it on it feels like there is dust in the air, and one room didn't even have a fridge. We paid approximately 50 SAR in taxi fares everyday just to get to and from the mosque. The only good thing was the staff were helpful.

Wonderful hotel & Staff

Booked this hotel twice for my mom’s stay in Madinah and the staff were absolutely amazing and respectful. The rooms were clean and organized. There was a gentleman who worked the night shift who treated my mom with tremendous care and I want to thank him for his hospitality! Thank you :)
