Resepsiyon görevlileri çok sıcak kanlı çözüm odaklı, odalar temiz. Su ısıtma cihazı ve buzdolabı mevcut. 24 saat sıcak su mevcut fakat Banyo/WC çok küçük duşakabin içinde dönmek yıkanmak çok zor. Lokasyon çok iyi Fuar alanına, ido iskelesi, Marmaray ve Sirkeci Tramvayına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz iş için konakladık eğlence amaçlı gelenler için çevrede eğlence mekanları yok.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach hat dieses Hotel nicht einmal einen Stern verdient, ich musste nur einen Stern vergeben, weil eine Bewertung ohne Sterne nicht möglich ist. Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der älteren positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Leider entspricht der tatsächliche Zustand des Hotels überhaupt nicht diesen Bewertungen. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, das Badezimmer winzig, extrem schmutzig und unerträglich stinkend. Der Geruch aus dem Bad war so stark, dass man kaum auf die Toilette gehen konnte. Ich hätte ehrlich gesagt lieber auf der Straße geschlafen, als noch eine Nacht in diesem Hotel zu verbringen. Besonders schockierend war, dass die Bettwäsche und die Bettbezüge mit Blutflecken verschmutzt waren. Wir haben das Personal am nächsten Tag gebeten, das Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen und die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Stattdessen wurden lediglich die Decken zusammengefaltet, die verschmutzte und blutige Bettwäsche wurde überhaupt nicht ausgetauscht. Sauberkeit scheint in diesem Hotel überhaupt keine Rolle zu spielen. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, hier zu übernachten. Wir sind leider auf die alten Bewertungen hereingefallen und möchten andere Reisende davor warnen, ihren Urlaub durch dieses schmutzige und übel riechende Hotel ruinieren zu lassen. Für uns war das eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen überhaupt. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen und kann es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

The location is really good, close to the metro and city center. Check in was OK, I arrived early but wasn't allowed to check in but was able to leave my bags while I went for food. The room was OK initially although it seemed smaller than on the pictures and the balcony wasn't great. The bathroom was reasonably clean but shower was small and a squeeze to get through the door. I kept scraping my head on the rail getting in and out. Hair in the plughole suggested cleaning could be better. There was an overpowering smell of sewerage from the drains in the bathroom. Running water in the sinks and flushing the toilet did not clear the smell. We went to reception and no-one was there so spent all morning waiting for someone to turn up. When the staff eventually showed we were told we couldn't move rooms. The staff knew there was a drain problem because went straight to the cleaning cupboard and got disinfectant to pout in all the drains. It made no difference. We started feeling sick and getting headaches. Every day we went to reception to try to move rooms and there was never anyone there. I the end we just bought loads of air fresheners and left the bathroom door closed all the time with a wet towel on the floor to try to seal the smell in. All in all a terrible experience and extremely poor customer service.
