The hotel is clean, modern and stylish, with very friendly and welcoming staff. However, the breakfast was disappointing for a four-star hotel, with limited variety and no fresh orange juice. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, although a little small. The aperitivo was enjoyable, but the food portions were insufficient. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the breakfast and the value for money could be improved.

A little bit out of the city but easy to get to via public transport (I’d avoid the Uber or taxi situation). Great rooms with high ceilings. Really helpful staff and a nice chilled vibe to the place. Highly recommend.

I'd definitely stay at Joy 124 again! The reception staff spoke English very well and were always happy to help. Service was good in the bar/restaurant, with the kitchen staying open till midnight (really helpful since my flight was delayed and check-in at the hotel was well into the night). Breakfast had a good selection - and enough variety for any gluten-free/coeliac guest to enjoy 😊 If there was anything I could change, it would be to add a rug under the bed - an all-tile floor is not the greatest feeling under your feet first thing in the morning. Grazie mille to everyone working at Joy 124!
