Everything was perfect. First time at a Cambria hotel and will stay at another one when it is available. Staff was very helpful as I had a package coming to hotel with some medication I needed and they informed me when it arrived. Price was very good also.

Hotel is beautiful as are the rooms! Everything is fresh and clean. snack area in the lobby is nice although the monitor to self-pay is finicky. Will definitely return.

The rooms was super clean, the staff was absolutely amazing. The staff at Park Social were so friendly and helpful. They have a really nice outdoor heated pool/ hangout area. We went during Rod Run week.

My husband and I visit Pigeon Forge often with our family. Normally we stay at the same hotels, but we took a chance on this stay. From check in to check out we have zero complaints. Quick, EXTREMELY friendly check in and check out. Clean and spacious double queen room (bathroom is nice size). We were near the elevator and never heard anything outside of our room. Beds and pillows were top notch.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again soon!

Our first time staying at this location. Everything about the place was very clean and neat. Rooms were very nice and the water pressure was great in the shower. We did not eat breakfast here as it is an additional price. The downstairs store is very convenient yet pricy. We brought our own snacks for the most part. The pool was nice. My only downfall was there is no indoor pool / hot tub at this location- only an outdoor pool. So if you’re traveling in spring when it isn’t so warm out then you may be disappointed with no indoor pool. Other than that this location was great and close to everything. Will stay again. Also the staff seemed very friendly & helpful.

When we first arrived the trash was over flowing at the entrance. This was our first red flag. The lobby was a mess with games everywhere, that didn't bother me too much. My room was the worst part, the floor was so sticky and dirty we could not take our shoes off. You could see stuff spilled under the bed and around other areas. I requested Clorox wipes at front desk to clean the floor myself but was notified they had none and couldn't give me other cleaning supplies. Service desk lady was very rude and didn't offer other way to clean. Definitely will not be staying here again. Also didn't get the $10 breakfast buffet. Thought it was included.

Clean and really close to the Island, you can see it from the hotel. Staff was great and the breakfast was good, plenty of food and choices if you want to eat before you leave the hotel. The room was nice the beds are comfortable, would stay again.

Was shocked by this motel. For the money we expected a little less. It is extremely nice. The area is on a back road where its easy to get to everything without dealing with the traffic. Will definitely stay again.
