Péssimo custo benefício

O que era para ser um feriado para relaxar, foi estressante!! 1- não tínhamos tv no quarto; 2- sem recepção 3- café da manhã muito simples, com demora de reposição. Chegamos e tinha acabado os ovos mexidos, pedimos 3 ovos e demorou para aprontarem. 4- não fazem a limpeza no quarto, mesmo se solicitarmos... o que é um absurdo em acomodações cujo foco é praia! 5- faltou energia à noite. 6- em um dos dias amanhecemos sem água, e ao reclamar ainda me disseram que eu tinha que entender😠😠 7- foi preciso solicitar 3 vezes para reposição de papel higiênico. 8- pousada lotada e não havia uma pessoa de fácil acesso para atendimento 9- pessoas despreparadas para atender uma pousada com lotação máxima. Ou seja, não recomendo, pois a pousada tem um custo elevado para um péssimo atendimento.

Foi uma estadia agradável, mas quanto fui fazer o check-in houve um pequeno susto, pois não encontravam minha reserva, que estava em nome do meu marido e meu, conforme foi pedido. Na suite só havia uma toalha e não tinha papel higiênico, felizmente resolvido depois.

Gostei muito da pousada, da a sensação de paz, a piscina incrivelmente maravilhosa.. café da manhã simples, deveria ter mas opções. porem Mas a cozinheira muito gentil e educada. O único problema que tive foi pra dormir.. o motor do ar condicionado é extremamente zuadento.. minha bebezinha acorodu a noite tda sé assustando com a zuada.. mas no todo a pousada é otima..

Gostei bastante da pousada, bem organizada, limpa, o cafe da manha é um basico muito bem feito, o espaco agradavel e bem próximo a praia. A unica observação é em relacao a Tv que nao têm, pra quem acha indispensável e o ar condicionado que é um pouco barulhento.
