Through no fault of the hotel I arrived there at approximately half past midnight so reception staff were not available. I did encounter some difficulties using the online entry system, but I was extremely fortunate in being helped by two residents who were returning from a night out. I award them 5 stars for helpfulness!

Great location for the airport or getting into Central Cologne via train. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very good bathroom and shower. Spacious reception area where you can wait in comfort before heading to the airport. The staff were very helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay there again.

Lovely hotel and great location for hopping on and off the train to different places. A really modern vibe (both in the rooms and in the lounge areas) and lovely continental breakfast with a good variety of options - really enjoyed the smoothies. Ideal would be for a kettle in the room or access to the coffee machine and light snacks throughout the day. Good value for money and a next spacious car park. Close walking proximity to a local supermarket which has everything you need too which was a bonus - also a cafe next to this.

The room was perfect for my one night stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Might have been nice to have a kettle in the room and maybe some sachets of tea/coffee but other than that it was very good

Nice hotel. Website says check in open till midnight but was closed when we arrived. Fortunately someone was able to help. Looked like you might be able to check in at a terminal but wasn’t clear. Rooms nice and clean. Beds fine.
