The hotel was amazing! We booked an apartment because we were a family of four, and it was a great choice. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful backyard area with tables and chairs, which was a lovely place to relax. The location was also excellent, very close to the sea bus station, making it easy and convenient to get to the train stations and explore the area. The only issue during our stay was that the washing machine in the apartment was out of order, which was a little inconvenient for a family traveling for several days. We also really appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage after check-out. This was very helpful and allowed us to enjoy our last few hours without having to carry our luggage around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Only stayed one night but loved it! Very clean, newly renovated. Great bathroom and the view is fabulous!! Location is quiet and great restaurants right on the doorstep. It's a little noisy with the ferry and water taxis going by but ear plugs help greatly and they actually provide them. I'd return again! You're also right beside the water bus pick up and you can keep an eye on the queue from the room. Make sure you get your ticket for the airport water bus beforehand and get in line at least 15 mins before pick up.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!

Great location in a more peaceful part of the city away from the centre and right next to an Vaporetto stop, although in turn that meant there was a fair bit of noise. Not terrible, and the room was double glazed, but something to bear in mind if you like quiet. Everything was pretty good with only one complaint - the single bed. I knew it would be single, but it was pretty small, even for a single; but also pretty cramped with a bunk above it. Yes the bunk was folded up - but it still protruded far from the wall and was very low. Good service, nice and clean, good bathrooms. Just the bed issue.
