Pre arrival there was the need to present documents and pay the tourist fee, which is ok. The problem is that they only advise you about that after the booking, and of course been on holidays I’m not checking emails. So there I was standing at the street with bags and family doing all this otherwise they would not give as the code to get into the building. Funny enough another family was standing outside on the next morning with the same problem. Other thinks is the maintenance of the coffee machine which was never working and the door from the room that didn’t looked properly or the bathroom door that was bended and not opening properly. The cleaner on our last day decided not to clean and only left the cleaner towels on the bed. Generally ok, and yes I would consider to stay again, as those are things they just need to be more careful.

Otelin yeri harika, önemli noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Üstelik yemek yemek ve market ihtiyaçları ve hatta çeşmeden su bile kolaylıkla karşılanabiliyor. Havlu ve temiz yatak temini gayet iyi. Sadece günlük olarak odaların vakumlanması gerekiyor bence, ama ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Bi de dışarıdan bakıldığında tabelası yok, binanın içine girilince anlaşılabiliyor bir otel olduğu.

Very modern lodging in a historic building, an easy walk from Termini Station. Clean, attractive, spacious and comfortable. Biggest shower I have encountered in Europe. Communication before and during stay via WhatsApp was timely and helpful. Will return.

Comfortable and convenient hotel for our first trip to Rome. We were able to walk to all sites except Vatican city & lots of great restaurants close by. Only issue was that the in room safe was missing instructions. I left a couple messages for staff about this but never received a reply. Only staff you may see is housekeeping.

The room was spacious and reasonably clean, with a large bathroom and a good-sized shower. The shower gel was decent, and the vanity sets were a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast throughout the stay, and the Amazon Fire TV was genuinely useful. There was also a decent fridge. The room had a balcony, although the view wasn’t particularly impressive. The bed was okay but not especially comfortable, and the heating wasn’t very powerful. Some of the lighting, including LED strips, didn’t work, and extra pillows had to be requested. The rooms aren’t fully soundproof. While the hotel was generally quiet, you could hear noise from nearby bathrooms, such as showers turning on. There’s no staffed check-in desk, which is worth knowing in advance. Overall, considering the decent location, the value for money was acceptable, though there’s room for improvement in comfort and maintenance.

Decent accommodation, neat & tidy room (although our room was not made when we arrived at 3pm). Had to whatsapp Naman to get cleaners over which they did come pretty quickly and ended up checking in about 3.45pm-4pm. This happened to another couple as well as they were also checking in at the same time as us. But the cleaners did a quick job in getting the rooms ready - I didn't expect 100% cleanliness under that circumstance (quick job), but room was relatively neat and amenities provided in the bathroom and room were acceptable. If you are not fuzz about not having a front desk at your accommodation and are pretty independent and savvy, I think this property may work for you. To me, I prefer a front desk as help is always readily available without having to whatsapp and wait for a response (which normally was prompt with exceptions at times). Once I asked for help to call a cab for me, but the lady on whatsapp said she couldn't do for me from where she was but if she were to type in the p/up add (which is the hotel), it shouldn't be a prob. In this case, she wasn't helpful. Overall, it's an ok hotel and location was good. They tried to help as best as they could, but there's still a limit of what they can do for the guests being operating remotely. Also, the Nespresso coffee machine didn't work in the chill room and there was no manual around to help us troubleshoot it - so it was left there like a white elephant. I would give it a 3.7* for this hotel out of 5.

Ni Expedia ni el hospedaje me mandaron las instrucciones ni el código de acceso a la habitación, por lo que tuve que buscar y pagar otro hotel la noche que llegue a Roma, nadie contestaba el teléfono que está en expedia del hotel y nadie de expedia pudo resolver la situación, me quedé en la calle esa noche y tuve que pagar otra noche en otro hotel, al segundo día, regresé al hospedaje y de milagro encontré que departamento era, porque no hay una sola indicación, el manager del hospedaje me comentó que siempre le pasa lo mismo a los clientes de Expedia, que ellos mandan las instrucciones y códigos de acceso a Expedia y Expedia no los mandan, tuve que pagar 230 € además de buscar varias horas un hotel con mi familia para no quedarme en la calle y nadie se hace responsable, yo siempre había reservado con Expedia y no lo volveré hacer, pésimo servicio de ambas partes., tengan mucho cuidado para q no sufran lo que yo sufrí.

Great Hotel centrally located. 15 min walk to Rome Termini , Trevi fountain and colluseum. Great communication from hotel and seemless check in and checkout. Room was very clean and comfortable.

What a fabulour stay we had at Naman Hotellerie Monti. The location is superb for all of the major sights to see in Rome. You couldnt ask for better. Access and information for our stay were as smooth as can be. The room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Large bathroom with both a shower and a bath which was a nice surprise. Excellent amenities and rooms were cleaned and fresh towels daily, which was appreciated. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough, for a stay in Rome and we will absolutely be returning.
