4/10 Poor

The staff was nice, but the room is full of dust, bathroom is not completely comfortable
Lorenzo, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast selection, clean room. My only negative is that air conditioning in the room would have earned a 5 star rating. Thank you.
Helen Elizabeth, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

The guy at the receptionist was very slow and confusing, but the room was very nice and clean
elisa, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

To much traffic noise and noise inside the Hotel. The windows are very low noise cancelling, so much noise inside the Hotel room.
Martin Geert, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Like: Good location, quick to all means of local transportation. Really nice windows. Room was clean, fresh towels every day. Didn't like: We had a double room, but only one of the sockets on the bed worked. Also: We went in the summer and wanted to have the windows open at night. Unfortunately our room was right opposite of a bright neon sign, so we either had it cool and bright or dark and suffocatingly hot.

2/10 Terrible

Vienna

Staff helpful and hotel good for parties of young travellers but rooms a bit tired and we had to move from first room as it had not been made up.
Jonathan, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We booked this hotel last minute because we were only staying in Vienna for two nights, and one night at the hotel we booked months in advance, left us wanting for a place that was actually comfortable! This hotel fulfilled our desire for comfort, cleanliness, and safety! The breakfast was outstanding(I can't drink milk because of severe lactose intolerance, but they had lactose-frei milch and kokos milch!), the staff was super helpful, the actual entrance/exit to the hotel was about a 6 minute walk from our train platform to budapest, and

Not to repeat

Ideal for a high school trip only. They didn’t clean my room. Bed uncomfortable, staff not nice. Sad breakfast.

Alberto, 4-night trip

4/10 Poor

Room to hot, no a/c. No signal on tv. One battery missing for remote for tv. Telephone not working. A joining room door wouldn’t lock. Notified front desk of issues and nothing was resolved.
Mark, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

AVOID! Not even close to my expectations

Pictures don't fit to what the hotel room actually look like. Horribly uncomfortable bed. No noise insulation as you hear everything. Barely slept. Not clean. Shower was just bad.
N. M., 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Good overall, no AC was a bit rough in late July though.
Stephen, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The front desk always seemed preoccupied with their own affairs and dont know how to smile at guests or make them feel welcome
Janice, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Our towels that they gave us were dirty. Also they gave us a fan that did absolutely nothing and I had to sleep with a cold, wet towel on me like an feverish Victorian child.
Tess, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Will raise complaint when home.
Paul, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

1 night stay

The room was nice. The bathroom was kinda gross, it smelled and the bathtub looked gross. Some tiles needed repairs, specifically the grouse. No ac which was bad in 25°+. Atleast it had fans but they were loud. Close to traffic, becomes loud with windows open in the summer heat. The place looked good. Beautiful decorations amd good location but be aware of hot summer days. And it was cheap so the room being so and so is manageble for a short stay.
1-night trip

4/10 Poor

I liked the downstairs reception area, but both lifts, my bathroom and shower needs repair. A cup and glass would have been good to make myself a cup of tea in the evening. A second pillow would have been nice, because I sleep high... my room floor wasn't cleaned well... Everything feels quite neglected!
Renate, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Squalid, dirty and poorly organized hotel. For those who do not take advantage of the 18 euro breakfast there are vending machines where they dispense pseudo hot drinks without sugar that you have to ask an elderly man who first licks his fingers to better take the sugar and tastes without counting that to stir the drink you always have to ask them for a teaspoon that is promptly dirty and they put it on the balcony without passing it directly to your hand doing it on purpose. Dirty room with leftovers from someone else's previous reservation with beds half made where you have to prepare them yourself and a bathroom where you have to be careful with the sink that fills up immediately or the hairdryer that turns off every 30 seconds! The worst experience could not have been done without counting all the ignorant people in the area and the scams at the ATMs where if you withdraw 20 euros they actually keep 6.50 more in expenses for a total of € 26.50 (this is in the Prater area and my advice is to withdraw cash from your own country).
Giuliano, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Room was very poorly equipped. Only 2 hangars in the wardrobe, shower curtain was falling down, and the fact is still a curtain! Room was extremely dark, wires for the small number of lamps stretched across the room from the wall, and the same for the TV. Lignt above the mirror in the bathroom did not work, and when I asked for it to be fixed i was told it had not worked for anlong time and would not work. Bed was very old and the springs from the mattress could be felt, and were uneven in places. The walls are very thin, and noise from hallways and rooms could be heard easily. As could the lift mechanism, which ran very often. The towels were changed daily, and were clean, but very thin. Rooms do not come with iron and ironing board, which is fine; but when requested I was told I could have an iron, but the hotel does not have an ironing board!
