The location couldn’t be better—situated right on the pedestrian area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants and is just a short stroll to the city center. The hotel’s beautiful design was a delight, with every detail thoughtfully considered and in pristine condition. It’s clear that great care has been taken to maintain a high standard of quality throughout. What truly stood out, though, was the kind and helpful staff. They ensure my stay was perfect, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a gem that made my trip unforgettable!

The place to stay in Leipzig.

This hotel is in a superb location! The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is excellent with a big variety and offers more than just an average one. If we have one complaint is that it took ages for our room to be made up during our four day stay. Two days the service staff pitched up later than 16h00 and did not clean or replace the glasses.

Wonderful newly renovated Best western with excellent service. My arrival was early and the receptionist held my bag and to my surprise when I checked in an hour later my back was waiting for me in my room. It was not the service I normally am accustomed to when staying at a best western. In addition, I received a juice and glass of sparkling wine when the room was ready. For the price, comfort and location it was a delight to overnight there.

OK, but service to attend to problems was lacking

The hotel is well-situated for first-time visitors. However, we had so much trouble with the Internet and access to television. We were informed that the hotel was aware of the problem, but they did not take any construction action to have it repaired. No compensation was offered; very disappointing. The outage occurred during the Olympics in Paris which we were unable to view from our room. In addition the heating and air-conditioning controls are not easy to accessand operate.
