After moving to a 3rd room due to noise the service desk ( Kali F.) called to ask if I was happy with my room and if not I could have a refund if I wanted to leave, I agreed to the refund for the stay. Now the Forth team is not responding to emails and Hotels.com shared they haven’t received a request for a refund- I’ve been scammed.
The pictures from the hotel seem country chic, but it’s more 90’s Abercrombie store ( not in a good way) or man cave with a woman’s touch. It’s dim throughout the building ( the lobby and the rooms needed to be swept, the lighting helps hide this) , there’s a overbearing cologne smell throughout, room’s near the ground you can hear the exhaust from cars driving by and music from several restaurants. The experience felt chaotic and now being refused the refund I was offered, awful.
