Nice Hotel in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pool was cold which is why we chose this hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing and our suite was huge and comfortable. My family and I will be back very soon. I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel or the comfortable rooms or the perfect location. Only draw back was the lean in the lobby (which honestly didn’t bother me) and the breakfast was a little basic (I was the only person who ate it since they didn’t offer anything my family liked). But I’m not letting those things deter me from staying again.
