Great Location, Shared Facilities with Sura Hagia Sophia
Hotel Sure Concept is situated right in the heart of Istanbul, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and exploring the historic area.
A few key things to know before booking:
Shared Facilities & Service: The hotel is effectively an annex/part of the larger Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel. You will use all of their main facilities, including the daily breakfast, swimming pool, parking, and other amenities.
Lobby & Staff: There is usually no staff present in the Sure Concept lobby. Having no one at the desk isn't ideal—if you need anything or have a request, you have to walk over to the main Sura Hagia Sophia hotel building to speak with the staff.
Rooms: The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, though on the smaller side.
Air Conditioning: The AC system is centrally controlled, so you aren't able to adjust the room temperature yourself.
Overall, it's a good stay if you want access to great amenities in a central location, as long as you don't mind walking to the main hotel for assistance.
