Schöne kleine Anlage mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Kurzer Fußweg zu fast leeren und schönen Stränden. Ruhige Lage, Betten bequem. Leider hatten wir einen Raum der feucht war und auch nach Schimmel roch. Als Asthmatiker merke ich das sofort und ich hatte am Tag darauf massive Atemprobleme. Glücklicherweise konnten wir dann das Zimmer wechseln, Dankeschön für das kostenlose Upgrade. Am letzten Tag mussten wir aber wieder in das gleiche Zimmer ziehen, da die Anlage ausgebucht war. Jemand der massive gesundheitliche Probleme hat wieder ins gleiche Zimmer einzuquartieren halte ich schon für sehr grenzwertig. Hier gibt es scheinbar keinen Plan B für eine bessere Lösung. Während unseres 5 Tage Aufenthalts gab es 2x mal kein Wasser für mehrere Stunden. Stromausfälle mehrere Male am Tag waren an der Tagesordnung, leider hier auch kein Plan B.

This hotel is small gem nestled in quiet community of private homes. Close enough for to main drag ( 5 min by car) but far enough that you don’t hear with noices of late night partygoers. We have stayed at 4 other properties in area and think we found our new home. We booked master suite and while layout is interesting it works nicely. There are 2 separate rooms. The bathroom located off the full living area. For us this was great, i had area to work and be on calls and my husband could work in bedroom. We enjoyed the pool which is compact but even on sold out night. Was never crowded. Probably because less than 5 minutes by foot you arrive at secluded beach( and yes, they deliver drinks and food to you !). The included breakfast is was hearty and there was ton of inexpensive add on like avocado and breakfast meats. Overall for people looking disconnect but still want TV and wifi and ond someone else to the cooking. Its perfect. We will definitely be back

La struttura ti può offrire una piacevole esperienza lontana dalla confusione, a pochi passi si trova una delle spiagge piu belle nella zona. In hotel e’ possibile pranzare o cenare, meglio se si prenota prima. I cocktail sono ottimi, a patto di scegliere qualcosa di tipico, meglio nn andare fuori dal” seminato”. In conclusione ci siamo rilassati e in piu ci sono servizi di lavanderia che funziona bene e anche la possibilità di qualche massaggio per completare la vacanza.

We only spent one night but were very pleased with our experience. Although the room is somewhat small, it was very clean and convenient. The only drawback was that the restaurant did not have everything listed on the menu. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The beach close to the property is beautiful and very safe, since the hotel is located in a private neighborhood.

As there weren’t many reviews, I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. The hotel is brand new very lovely. The rooms were extremely clean. POOL/BEACH: The pool is nice and heated, though on the smaller side. One odd thing is, there is only beanbag chairs, no loungers or umbrellas for shade by the pool. Though, we didn’t mind, because the beachfront is really exceptional. They have loungers and Adirondack chairs stacked up, so it’s a bit of a DIY set up at the beach, But it is absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful beaches in Samana and far off the road so there is no traffic noise unlike Las Terrenas and Las Bellenas. There are not many people around aise from folks walking from the resort that’s about a quarter of a mile away. This is one of the best aspects of the hotel. LOCATION: Location is about 10 to 15 minute drive from the center of town ~$10 taxi, 300 peso moto or 75 peso colectivo. It is very convenient if you rent your own car or moto, but not convenient if you plan on walking. Food: breakfast included eggs, toast, fruit, juice, and coffee with extras available. We tried the fish filet for lunch our first day and found it small and underwhelming so we ate lunches elsewhere.

Absolutely happy with my choice to stay here. Gated community with 24hr security, private beach just a short walk away, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food and great drinks. You literally don't have to leave anywhere (except for food when restaurant is closed or snacks). Rooms were clean and new. Only thing, the shower had a really slow drain (even after service with plunger). Very close to Salto Limon and Las Terrenas restaurants. Great staff and always with a smile, especially Ashley and Ismael. I will be returning again. Side note, pay attention to entrance signs. Easy to miss entrance.

It’s a nice place to spend a calm weekend, the beach is close (10-12 min walking from the spot). The staff is friendly and attentive. I would be even better if they had more personnel so the service could be faster.
