We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The area around the toilet was dirty upon arrival. In addition, the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high and is not practical for normal use.
Our room was located on the ground/street level in a corner between two busy streets. As a result, it was extremely noisy throughout the day and night with constant traffic, mopeds, and people walking and talking outside. We were unable to open the windows for fresh air or to cool the room because people passing by could easily see inside, leaving us with no privacy.
We also had to repeatedly request clean towels during our stay. The pull-out sofa bed provided for our son was not a proper sofa bed but rather a firm, uncomfortable futon, which felt misleading and not as advertised.
Communication with staff was attempted via WhatsApp late at night (around 3:00am) due to the severe noise making it impossible to sleep, and again the following morning at reception. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing that could be done.
The only positive aspects of our stay were the convenient walking distance to the Colosseum and the room size.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
