Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais plutôt d’une chambre auquel on accède en autonomie en récupérant les clefs grâce au code fourni par email. En revanche, la photo de l’entrée de « l’établissement » est impossible à trouver facilement, les GPS ne fonctionnent pas correctement sur Venise. il faut préciser dans l’annonce que l’hôtel se trouve dans une ruelle derrière la rue principale.

I was late to book my hotel accommodations before leaving for my trip. I needed something basic, in order to save money, in a great location. That’s exactly what I got. There are no bells and whistles to this unit. It is as simple as it gets. BUT the location is outstanding. Around the corner on Via Toletta there is a pasticceria and cafe that served as GREAT breakfast locations every morning. And right outside your door is a great restaurant if you don’t want to go far for dinner. The unit is very quiet and gets blackout dark at night. The AC worked. There was some confusion with the WiFi login credentials, but once we got that figured out, it was fine. It’s very safe and secure. I was there in early September 2026 and there were a couple mosquitos buzzing around every day but nothing terrible. If you are like me and you spend almost all your time in Venice outside your hotel and just need a bed to sleep in every night - this is a great choice.

Good neighborhood and a decent room. Air conditioning did not work for 2/3 of our nights, and on the third it worked to get our apartment not hot but not cool, then died overnight and it got hot again. Also just be aware this is not a typical hotel, it’s more like an apartment with a few rooms rented. There is no reception but there is a small common area, and a few signs about keeping quiet for the residents.
