La habitacion Bambú queda frente a la alberca y junto al bar de la terraza. Rodeada de ventanas y cristales impiden la privacidad y queda el huesped expuesto a las miradas y observancia de quienes estan al exterior, a menos que se corran las cortinas, lo que impide la vista panoramica y el disfrute del espacio. Sali temprano el dia de check-out (6:30am) y encontre la recepcion cerrada, el porton de estacionamiento cerrado lo que me obligo a dejar la llave de la hab en la misma hab, y abrir el porton por mi cuenta. En el transcurso de la carga y acomodo de maletas y enseres en el vehículo no hubo presencia de personal alguno del hotel que estuviera al tanto o pendiente del movimiento que haciamos lo que despwrto mis suspicacias de la falta de seguridad total en el hotel! Una experiencia no agradable en esta ocasion, y poco recomendable para hospedarse.

El hotel es pequeño y tranquilo. El personal en su conjunto es muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cuentan con calefacción. No recomendaría el lugar para personas que no puedan subir y bajas escaleras, pues el terreno está en pendiente. Tampoco para quien desee ir a pie al centro de Valle. La carta del restaurante es pequeña pero variada y nos agradaron los alimentos que elegimos. Las prestaciones del SPA son muy recomendables.

El baño es muy incómodo porque no da ningun tipo de privacidad. La puerta es casi transparente con una fuerte luz blanca al interior. Horrible. El restaurante con mal servicio y mala comida. Lo demas me pareció adecuado. Pero no regresaría.
